Job summary

Fluidstack is seeking a senior Supply Chain professional in Austin, TX to own global sourcing for our manufacturing facilities. You will shape supplier strategy, qualify critical categories, and drive cost efficiencies across the supply base.

You will negotiate supplier agreements, build redundancy, and manage key vendor relationships through factory launches and ramp events. International sourcing experience is a plus as we scale our frontier compute infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Candidate has sourced capital equipment or industrial categories at scale.
• Experience building supplier redundancy that was tested.
• Negotiation based on should-cost model rather than quotes.
• Managed suppliers through a factory launch or major ramp.
• Experience with international supply bases and ramp planning.

Responsibilities

• Own global sourcing for manufacturing facilities and services.
• Negotiate supplier agreements with lead times tied to ramp.
• Qualify and dual-source critical categories to avoid single-supplier risk.
• Drive total cost including freight, spares, uptime, and terms.
