Job summary

Implant Direct in Thousand Oaks seeks a Sr. Manufacturing Engineer to lead cross-functional projects, drive process improvements, and ensure regulatory compliance in a medical device setting.

You will supervise mold, CNC, labeling, and assembly enhancements, retire legacy equipment, and support audits and submissions while coordinating with Quality, EHS, and Operations teams. On-site role with strong PM and technical depth required.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience leading cross-functional engineering projects.
• Experience with CAPA, root cause investigations, and process improvements.
• Experience with mold/vendor involvement and CNC improvements.
• Experience documenting and developing SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional engineering projects to establish new product lines and SOPs.
• Drive CAPA, root cause investigations, and process improvement efforts.
• Collaborate with vendors on mold, CNC, and assembly improvements.
• Support SAP configuration, routing, and standardized work instructions.
• Lead Kaizen events and contribute to quality management systems audits.
