MITER Brands in Flower Mound, TX is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer III to optimize manufacturing processes, improve equipment reliability, and lead continuous improvement initiatives. You will support TPM, Throughput, and data-driven decision making to enhance safety, quality, and productivity.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in engineering, experience in manufacturing, knowledge of Lean, problem solving, and CAD/data analysis skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical, Process Engineering, or related engineering field.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, process improvement, and statistical problem-solving techniques.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Experience with CAD software, data analysis tools, and manufacturing systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Improve manufacturing processes to increase safety, quality, efficiency, and productivity.
• Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean Manufacturing and problem-solving methodologies.
• Support TPM initiatives to improve equipment reliability and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
• Analyze production data and identify opportunities to eliminate waste, reduce downtime, and improve throughput.
• Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and EHS teams to solve manufacturing challenges.
• Support capital projects, equipment installations, automation initiatives, and facility improvements.
• Participate in root cause investigations and corrective action implementation.
• Apply Rheo processing knowledge to optimize material performance, product quality, and process consistency.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, standards, and work instructions.
