Job summary

Eaton Corporation’s Global Energy Infrastructure Solutions division seeks a Senior Manufacturing Engineer in Sherman, TX. You will lead manufacturing engineering activities and continuous improvement, directing capital and non-capital projects to boost safety, quality, and productivity.

You will provide technical direction, train staff on equipment and processes, and develop TPM plans and standard work. Relocation assistance is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering discipline or related technical discipline from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 2 years of direct manufacturing engineering experience.
• Eaton will not sponsor employment immigration for this position.

Responsibilities

• Lead Sherman plant manufacturing engineering activities and continuous improvement programs.
• Manage capital and non-capital projects to improve safety, quality, productivity.
• Provide manufacturing engineering technical direction and train plant personnel on equipment and processes.
• Develop TPM plans for production equipment and support ongoing TPM evolution.
• Create Standard Work documentation to standardize processes and enable new methods.
• Consult with other functions on production feasibility and process development.
