Responsibilities

• Develop and implement manufacturing processes meeting product specs and quality standards.
• Coordinate manufacturing launches for new or revised products.
• Interface with engineering, sales, planning and suppliers to ensure efficient production methods.
• Apply Lean methodologies (5S, kan-ban, setup reduction) to improve efficiency and quality.
• Lead cross-functional teams and support FMEA activities for new product introductions.
• Travel to Reynosa MX, Lexington TN and Mankato facilities as needed.
