Responsibilities

• Design and analyze complex mechanical assemblies for product lines.
• Provide ideas for improvements to existing products.
• Provide technical support to operators, maintenance technicians, supervisors and managers.
• Drive continuous improvement using lean tools.
• Ensure accurate documentation for processes and products.
• Drive cost reduction and productivity improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on development or improvements.
• Train operators and maintenance technicians on process changes.
• Maintain an attitude of continuous improvement, teamwork and integrity.
• Perform all other duties as required.
