Job summary

Eaton Corporation’s Roxboro, NC facility is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of Maintenance Technicians in safe, reliable manufacturing operations. The role plans, coordinates and oversees preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to maximize uptime, product quality and efficiency.

The position offers a salary range of $97,000 to $143,000 annually and eligibility for a variable incentive program. Relocation assistance is available for candidates within the US/PR.

Qualifications

• Ten years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing
• Minimum 3 years of team leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct maintenance technicians to ensure safe, efficient maintenance.
• Plan, prioritize, and coordinate scheduled and unscheduled maintenance based on production needs.
• Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs and ensure timely completion.
• Analyze maintenance metrics, equipment performance, and downtime data to drive improvements.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Operations to optimize performance and quality.
• Lead root cause analysis for equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
