The Senior Manufacturing Engineer - Productivity drives hands-on productivity improvements across upstream to packing, partnering with frontline teams to reduce waste and improve throughput.
The role applies Lean, Six Sigma, and data-based problem solving to boost labor efficiency, cycle time, capacity, and operating cost
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, operations, or related field with 5+ years of productivity-improvement experience.
Responsibilities
- Observe work on the shop floor to identify waste, bottlenecks, and workload imbalance.
- Lead high-impact process improvements to increase throughput and efficiency.
- Apply time studies, standard labor, line balancing, and capacity analysis.
- Partner with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering to sustain improvements.
- Establish baselines, measure results, and ensure sustained ownership.
