Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in STEM or related field; equivalent experience accepted.
• Intermediate work experience required; 3–5 years in manufacturing engineering with process-improvement focus.

• Apply advanced manufacturing principles to optimize equipment performance and scalable production.
• Champion continuous improvement using Cummins standards and tools to reduce waste and improve quality.
• Establish and standardize manufacturing methods for consistency and excellence.
• Influence and collaborate with stakeholders to drive project outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-functional and external resources to deliver on time and scope.
