Qualifications

• 7–10 years of plant manufacturing experience with leadership in high‑volume/complex environments.
• End‑to‑end capital project ownership: scope, business case, vendor management, and safe startup.
• Cross‑functional engineering support for automation deployments, line reconfiguration, and equipment moves.
• HSE‑focused engineering with machine safety, ergonomics, dust controls, and risk‑based mitigations.
• Technical leadership in automation and advanced manufacturing, including OEE and post‑launch stabilization.

Responsibilities

• Build and mentor a high‑performing manufacturing engineering team.
• Lead major site transitions and capital projects from planning to startup.
• Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, HSE, and Planning to align priorities.
• Drive capacity, throughput, and productivity improvements through process optimization.
• Ensure engineering ownership of HSE improvements and risk reduction.
