Qualifications

• 8-15 years related experience
• Associate Degree required; non-degree considered with 8+ years experience
• Must have valid driving privileges and travel (occasional)
• United States work authorization; no sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Lead improvements to operations through manufacturing engineering analysis focused on capacity, cost, safety
• Demonstrate cross-functional project management and influence strategic/capital plans
• Prepare project justifications including build vs buy, layout, cost impact, schedule
• Implement processes including equipment procurement, installation and start-up
• Own product introduction cost estimation, process investigation, scheduling and prototyping
• Develop reports, briefings and management presentations
• Provide technical direction and mentor engineers and technicians
