Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer for the 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM) to lead development and deployment of production build requirements, pallet displays, and operating instructions for special-execution programs within Kitting and Manufacturing.

You will drive waste elimination, mentor engineers, and align across operations, IT, supply planning, marketing, finance, and sales to deliver sustainable improvements and cost-effective outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage Oracle BOMs, OMS updates, and change control with operations.
• Lead Kaizen projects and track schedules to meet timelines.
