The role offers a salary between $160K and $200K plus meaningful equity, with on-site work and a fast-paced, ownership-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Strong manufacturing or mechanical engineering experience in high-volume hardware environments.
• Startup or growth-environment experience is valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and improvement of manufacturing processes for complex hardware
• Take ownership of critical subsystems (e.g., propellant systems, actuation, separators, wire harnesses, composites, precision machined components)
• Bridge prototype development to high-volume production
• Solve hard problems quickly in a fast-paced, high-ownership culture
