Client Growth Resources, Inc is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join a mission-critical, high-growth hardware program in the Los Angeles, CA area or Albuquerque, NM area.
You will own manufacturing processes for complex hardware, from prototype to high-volume production, including subsystems like propulsion, actuation, and precision machined parts.
The role offers a salary between $160K and $200K plus meaningful equity, with on-site work and a fast-paced, ownership-driven environment.
You have strong manufacturing or mechanical engineering experience, ideally in aerospace, defense, or other demanding, high-volume hardware environments. You move fast, you take ownership, and you want to be surrounded by people who hold the bar just as high as you do. Because this is a profitable, fast-growing company just five years in, the CEO strongly prefers candidates who bring some startup experience to the table people who know how to operate in a growth environment and can actively help every member of the team push the organization forward.
If you are an engineer who wants real ownership, real impact, and a front-row seat to one of the most ambitious hardware production efforts in the country, we want to hear from you.
Ever wanted to build the systems that shaped national security? This is your shot.
We are hiring a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to help take some of the most advanced hardware on the planet from prototype to full-scale production. We build long-range hypersonic strike systems, weapons capable of traveling faster than Mach 5, and we are one of the few players moving beyond concepts into real, deliverable production.
We are scaling fast, and we need engineers who thrive in that kind of environment. You will own critical subsystems and drive the 0-to-1 buildout of production processes that will one day churn out thousands of units per year. This is not a maintenance job. This is a mission to design, refine, and scale the manufacturing backbone of a national defense capability.
