Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Camden, AR is seeking a Senior Specialist, Manufacturing Engineering to develop, implement and analyze manufacturing plans and projects for our Camden facility. You will define tools and processes, and coordinate with engineering teams to release new products.

The role demands on-floor, hands-on engineering with knowledge of hand and power tools, and the ability to read technical drawings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant engineer experience.
• Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related engineer experience.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related engineer experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex projects or processes with general oversight.
• Communicate within and outside of own function to gain cooperation on operational processes, practices, and procedures.
• Make moderate to substantial improvements to systems and processes.
• Contribute to achievement of departmental goals and operating plans with direct impact on the departmental results.
• Hands-on on-floor engineering and interpretation of technical drawings.
