Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of related experience, or graduate degree with 2+ years of related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 8 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain process documentation and work instructions.
• Work with Engineers and Operators to identify and implement process improvements.
• Establish root cause and corrective actions using structured problem-solving methods and tools.
• Manage product and process changes through participation in change control boards.
• Support production validation builds on new/modified processes.
• Define and implement production system standards, including staffing models, and provide training to Engineers and Technicians.
