Qualifications

• Implement processes covering equipment procurement, installation coordination, process capability prove-out, training, documentation, and production start-up.
• Manage product introduction activities including cost estimation, process investigation, schedule development, and prototype manufacture.
• Develop reports, project briefings, and management presentations.
• Provide technical direction and leadership.
• Develop other Manufacturing Engineers and Process Technicians.

Requirements

• 8-15 years related experience
• Associate Degree
• Non-degree considered if 8+ years of related experience along with a high school diploma or GED
• Must have valid driving privileges
• Occasional travel and overnight stays
• Technical skills and training such as CNC programming, CAD layout, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T), process capability theory and statistical process control (SPC) may be required
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to lead discussions, meetings, and projects and communicate across all levels of the organization
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage medium to large projects
• Ability to contribute to strategic initiatives
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to support and mentor Process Technicians, Supervisors, and others
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Must not require current or future work authorization sponsorship
