Job summary

Brazeway, a leader in frost-free evaporator coils and heat transfer solutions, seeks a Senior Manufacturing Engineer for its Electronics Cooling Business (ECB) in Adrian, MI. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to transition prototypes to repeatable low-volume production and drive on-time delivery.

You will support production planning, tooling, and process improvements, collaborating with Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to meet customer commitments in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in process, project, or manufacturing engineering.
• Experience working in cross-functional environments supporting product development and production.
• Strong organizational and execution skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient with MS Office products.
• Excellent analytical, written, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing execution including schedule, priorities, and deliverables for flow loop and related assemblies.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Commercial teams.
• Translate customer forecasts and requirements into actionable build plans and production schedules.
• Coordinate production activities across assembly, testing, and outsourced operations.
• Track WIP, throughput, and build status to ensure on-time delivery.
• Lead and support transition of key processes from outsourced to in-house.
• Ensure adherence to defined processes, work instructions, and documentation requirements.
• Support root cause analysis and resolution with Manufacturing Engineering and Quality teams.
