Job summary

Variant Partners represents a global leader in heat transfer components, seeking a Manufacturing Program Engineer to join our Adrian, MI team. The role oversees turning prototypes into repeatable production, driving schedules, customer deliverables, and cross‑functional execution.

You will manage production plans, material flow, and logistics, monitor WIP and throughput, and address supply risks while ensuring compliant processes and change control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, program management, or related role.
• Experience working in cross-functional environments supporting product development and production.

Responsibilities

• Lead program execution, including schedules, priorities, and customer deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities across teams.
• Translate customer forecasts into actionable production plans and schedules.
• Coordinate production activities, material flow, and logistics to ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor work-in-process, throughput, and outsourced component availability.
• Proactively addressing supply risks.
• Drive adherence to production processes, documentation, and change management practices.
• Other duties as assigned.
