• 8–15 years of related manufacturing engineering experience.
• Associate degree required; high school diploma with 8+ years of experience acceptable.
• Must have valid driving privileges; travel 0–5% and occasional overnight stays.

Aufgaben

• Develop, oversee implementation, and optimize assembly processes.
• Investigate and propose future-state manufacturing conditions with focus on innovation and new technologies.
• Demonstrate cross-functional project management and guide assembly department strategies.
• Prepare project justification including build vs buy, layout, costs and schedule.
• Implement processes including equipment procurement, installation, and start-up.
• Collaborate with product engineering on cost estimation, process and schedules.
• Develop reports, briefings and management presentations.
• Provide technical direction and mentor engineers and technicians.
