Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing process projects end to end, ensuring safety requirements, manufacturing goals, business objectives, and product specifications are all met.
• Drive equipment and capital procurement decisions that meet Cummins manufacturing specifications while delivering ROI.
• Apply continuous improvement and waste reduction methodologies to reduce cost, improve quality, and increase throughput.
• Establish and advance manufacturing standards, methods, and procedures for consistency across operations.
• Resolve high-impact production issues through root cause analysis and data-based solutions.
