Qualifications

• College, university, or degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) or related field, or equivalent experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in determining parts and tools needed to achieve manufacturing goals such as setup reduction and changeovers.
• Work with engineering to identify problems with product and performance and recommend solutions or enhancements.
• Assist with the design, development, implementation, and analysis of technical products and systems.
• Improve equipment availability and capability by utilizing continuous improvement tools and working cross functionally.
