Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Computer Engineering.
• 5+ years in Manufacturing/Production/Process Engineering.
• Hands-on debugging of electro-mechanical systems.
• Experience solving complex manufacturing problems.
• Data acquisition and analyses experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare feasibility studies and R&D projects in manufacturing tech.
• Partner with Design Engineering to ensure manufacturability at scale.
• Engineer and deliver factories: design, procure, install, validate assembly, test and verification.
• Support development builds to accelerate production ramp.
• Own production lines to improve yield and efficiency.
• Triage failures and conduct root-cause analysis with corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues.
• Drive process improvements across manufacturing, test and integration.
• Contribute to change management and assess risk of design/process changes.
• Support business system and process improvements to increase efficiency.
