Job summary

VERO BIOTECH INC is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to lead hands-on troubleshooting and the development of new manufacturing equipment. You will own reliability, automation, and data analysis in a regulated environment, coordinating with Operations, Quality, R&D, and suppliers to ensure readiness and scale‑up.

You will also maintain a web-based dashboard using Ignition, ensure data accuracy, and support FDA/ISO 13485/GMP compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; related engineering field accepted.
• 5+ years in manufacturing, equipment, automation, or process engineering.
• Experience troubleshooting and improving manufacturing equipment in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment, tooling, automation, and process issues.
• Lead design, fabrication, integration, commissioning, and implementation of new equipment.
• Develop requirements, specs, risk assessments, test plans, and commissioning docs.
• Maintain and improve Ignition-based dashboards and data visualizations.
• Support IQ/OQ/PQ, change controls, deviations, CAPAs, and quality system activities.
