SourcePro Search, LLC is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer with extensive aseptic bottling and packaging experience to lead reliability and efficiency initiatives. You will drive data-driven improvements, supervise projects, and mentor junior engineers within a fast-paced production environment.

The role requires strong expertise in high-speed packaging, lean methods, and automation controls, with a hands-on leadership style to guide cross-functional teams toward cost, capacity, and safety goals.

Competenze

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is required (Mechanical, Chemical or Manufacturing preferred).
7–10 years of engineering experience in production manufacturing focusing on OEE and process improvements.
Hands-on leadership and project management experience.
Food-grade environment experience (FDA, GMPs, HACCP) with high-speed packaging preferred.
Strong skills in automation/controls (PLC, DCS) and data analysis.
Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma tools familiarity.
