Job summary

Connectly Recruiting is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to drive reliability, efficiency, and cost reductions in a high-speed packaging environment. You will lead projects, mentor junior engineers, and partner with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven improvements.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years of production experience, a relevant engineering degree, and strong CAD skills. Knowledge of FDA/GMP/HACCP in food-grade settings is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• 7-10 years in production manufacturing with emphasis on OEE and process improvements.
• Hands-on leader with project management experience.
• Experience in food-grade environment (FDA, GMP, HACCP) with high-speed packaging equipment.
• Extensive CAD/design knowledge: AutoCAD, Inventor, SolidWorks.
• Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma tools proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead projects focused on reliability, machine efficiency, root cause analysis, safety, and maintenance effectiveness.
• Lead and train junior engineers and cross-functional teams.
• Use data acquisition and analysis to reduce cost and increase capacity.
