Job summary

Winchester Interconnect is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to bridge engineering operations and key client stakeholders in a high-precision aerospace/defense manufacturing environment. You will evaluate, optimize, and scale manufacturing processes to improve production efficiency, product quality, and cost savings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Must be a U.S. Person (ITAR).
• 7+ years in process/manufacturing engineering in high-precision or regulated environment.
• Familiarity with MIL-DTL, IPC/WHMA-A-620, J-STD-001; IPC cert preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer-facing technical discussions and design reviews.
• Identify bottlenecks; reduce cycle times and waste using Lean Six Sigma.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, WIs, Process Specs, and Control Plans in ERP.
