Qualifications
- Engineering degree and hands-on leadership in regulated manufacturing environments.
- Experience leading yield improvement and process robustness initiatives.
- Track record of solving complex manufacturing and quality issues with data-driven methods.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex manufacturing improvement initiatives to stabilize yield and expand capacity.
- Identify opportunities to optimize processes using problem-solving, statistics, and Lean methods.
- Lead investigations of quality/compliance issues and implement effective CAPAs.
- Design studies, run validations, and qualify equipment and processes.
- Provide technical direction and mentoring to engineers and technicians.
