Join to apply for the Senior Manufacturing Engineer role at International.

Our Tulsa Bus Plant is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join our team!

This role will support our production line to meet daily production goals by providing floor support for the finish and chassis lines to maintain first-time quality, cost, and throughput, as well as implement continuous improvement projects requested by the production team. The roles will also be responsible for developing and implementing projects to improve safety, ergonomics, cost, quality, and throughput. Both roles will spend extensive time on the manufacturing floor with our represented employees.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and maintains methods, operation sequences, and processes in the manufacture or fabrication of parts, components, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies.
• Interfaces with design engineering in coordinating the release of new products.
• Estimates manufacturing cost, determines time standards, and makes recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing product lines.
• Maintains records and reporting systems for coordination of manufacturing operations.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 2 years of product manufacturing experience

OR

• Master’s degree

OR

• At least 4 years of product manufacturing experience

Desired Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering preferred
