Job summary

Leoforce, located in Santa Ana, CA, is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to drive process development, tooling, and industrialization for high‑reliability components in a regulated manufacturing setting. This on‑site role emphasizes hands‑on engineering, continuous improvement, and collaboration with production, quality, and engineering teams.

You will support production equipment, implement PFMEA and control plans, and lead root‑cause analysis to deliver quality, consistent manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent technical discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience supporting production equipment and shop-floor environments.
• Strong background in process development, tooling, and industrialization.
• Experience with PFMEA, control plans, SOPs, and manufacturing documentation.
• Proven ability to perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Experience supporting or leading continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with production, quality, and engineering teams.
