What will you do?

1. Oversee and improve manufacturing processes to ensure safety, quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
2. Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
3. Collaborate with design, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure manufacturability and scalability of products.
4. Create and maintain detailed process documentation, including work breakdown structures and operating procedures.

What skills and capabilities will make you successful?

1. Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma, strong analytical, and problem-solving skills.
