Are you passionate about taking a product from concept to large-scale manufacturing? Join us to own the complete product and process lifecycle, working cross-functionally with design, quality, and manufacturing teams to drive world-class assembly and DFM solutions.

Drive Design for Manufacturing (DFM) reviews with design engineering

Lead product development from prototype to production

Develop tools, conveyors, fixtures, and process documentation

Conduct virtual builds, PFMEAs, and quality control planning

Implement lean manufacturing, error-proofing, and cost reduction strategies

Collaborate cross-functionally to lead design impact studies, make-vs-buy decisions, and more

What You Bring:

Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Engineering

7+ years in complex assembly process development (Tier 1 or OEM experience required)

Hands-on expertise with CATIA, 3DX, Excel, and PowerPoint

Strong documentation, DFM, and dimensional control strategy skills

A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to thrive under pressure

Creativity, ownership, and attention to detail

Willingness to travel up to 40% (U.S. & international)
