As a Sr. Manufacturing Engineer, you will oversee the product and process lifecycle from concept to large-scale manufacturing, working closely with design engineering to develop manufacturing equipment, tools, and fixtures considering DFM principles.

You Will:

• Review product designs for manufacturing feasibility
• Conduct DFM reviews of product, process, and tooling designs
• Manage product development from concept through to manufacturing
• Translate assembly goals into design change requests
• Develop dimensional control strategies
• Conduct Virtual Build reviews
• Create process documentation, PFMEAs, and QC plans
• Implement Lean manufacturing and error-proofing strategies
• Provide impact/cost studies for design changes
• Assess in-house capabilities and implement new processes/equipment
• Promote Lean, 5S, Kaizen to reduce costs and improve quality
• Collaborate across engineering teams
• Mentor manufacturing engineers
• Communicate manufacturing decisions to executives

You Bring:

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Engineering
• 5+ years developing complex assembly processes
• Tier 1 or OEM experience
• Proficiency in manufacturing documentation
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to travel up to 40%
• Mastery of Excel, PowerPoint; Proficiency with CATIA, 3DX

Salary range: $136,000 - $146,000 (based on experience and qualifications)
