Job summary

gpac is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer Lead to drive hands-on leadership in a busy shop environment. The role requires directing operators, CNC programmers and other engineers, with a focus on process improvement and on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has CNC programming experience (MasterCam preferred), delivers mentorship, and demonstrates strong people-management aptitude. A BS or related engineering degree is required, and aerospace experience is a plus.
