We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Mechanical Engineer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible to support manufacturing process, resolve product performance issues, and the design, development, and continuous improvement of RF connectors and cable assembly components. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, sales, and customers, to support product development, tooling, and automation initiatives.

The salary offered to a candidate is based several factors such as candidate experience and qualifications, location, as well as market and business considerations. Equal Pay Act RangeAnnual salary range is from $137,500.00 to $205,700.00, plus benefits & incentive plan.
