Qualifications

• 10-15 years experience in manufacturing engineering or a similar role.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt or demonstrated use and knowledge of Lean Six-Sigma methodologies and tools preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, tools, and quality standards.
• Ability to adapt to evolving technology and industry practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues.
