Job summary

Graphic Packaging International is seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Production team member to help oversee assembly, material forming, processing, and packaging activities. You will collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering, Supply & Logistics to develop production schedules and allocate labor and capital resources.

The role requires a high school diploma plus 4 years related experience; training in SQF procedures is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with 4+ years related experience.
• Experience working in a manufacturing/production environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with Safe Quality Food (SQF) procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee or assist with planning, directing and monitoring production to meet schedules, volume/cost/wastage targets.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing Engineering, Supply & Logistics, and Sales to develop production schedules and allocate labor and capital resources.
• Prioritize and manage maintenance and downtime to minimize disruptions.
• Follow all plant rules, hygiene, and allergen procedures related to SQF.
