Required: engineering undergrad and 6–8 years of PLC/machine controls experience; preferred: ControlLogix, Beckhoff, vision systems, and FactoryTalk assets. Salary ranges $104,900–$152,150 yearly.

Qualifikationen

• Undergraduate degree in engineering required.
• Minimum 6–8 years in manufacturing, factory controls, and PLC troubleshooting.
• Experience with ControlLogix, drives/servo controllers, Beckhoff PLCs, vision systems, FactoryTalk View, AssetCentre, and barcode readers preferred.
• Experience in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to provide technical support during off-hours.

Aufgaben

• Troubleshoot and solve issues on new process and packing equipment.
• Support reliability initiatives to minimize failures via root cause analysis and predictive maintenance.
• Analyze process data to evaluate health and performance of PLC equipment.
• Develop and deploy control-system improvements to meet product requirements.
• Apply problem-solving methods to improve methods, processes, and equipment.
• Coordinate with technical personnel on major programs/projects.
