Job summary

Gray Construction seeks a Sr. Construction Project Manager- Manufacturing Market to oversee projects for multiple markets, including Dallas, with accountability for safety, quality, scheduling, and profitability.

You will lead project teams, manage contracts and procurement, ensure startup meetings and site visits occur, and liaise with design and site staff to maintain project momentum and ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Ten to fifteen years of construction management experience.
• Seven to ten years managing large industrial construction projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Energetic, self-motivated team player with a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and manage project staff, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ensure safety, quality, scheduling and profitability targets are met.
• Understand and enforce contractual terms in owner and subcontracts.
• Oversee procurement of materials, subcontracts and equipment for projects.
• Visit project sites regularly and maintain effective team relations.
