Job summary

Ventura Foods in Irvine, CA seeks a Sr. Business Systems Analyst focused on the Order to Delivery value stream. You will lead end-to-end business analysis, requirements, testing coordination, and deployment readiness across ERP systems including Oracle Fusion.

You will partner with Commercial, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, and IT to improve order management, fulfillment, and delivery execution, while mentoring other BSA team members and shaping process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technology, engineering, or business
• 5-10 years of progressively increasing responsibility as a BSA
• Experience with end-to-end Order to Delivery processes (order management, fulfillment, shipping, delivery)
• Experience leading business process analysis, current/future-state mapping, and value stream optimization
• Experience with ERP Order to Delivery modules (order management, inventory, shipping, transportation)

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Order to Delivery business analysis across Commercial, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, and IT
• Elicit and document complex cross-functional business requirements
• Coordinate testing, QA, and UAT activities with stakeholders
• Identify gaps and opportunities for process improvements and technology enablement
• Mentor and train junior BSA team members
• Communicate effectively with executives and delivery teams
