Factory Advisors seeks a Senior Advisor (LLC/S‑Corp) to partner with manufacturing leaders, delivering measurable results and lasting impact. You’ll work often on-site as part of our Global Advisory Network, solving complex operational challenges and driving change.

You will act as a strategic partner and tactical problem‑solver for clients, enjoying consulting flexibility while leveraging the Factory Advisors brand and network.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in operational, manufacturing, or industrial leadership roles.
• Proven track record in driving operational excellence and cost efficiency.
• Independent consultant who can operate via LLC or S‑Corp.

Responsibilities

• Develop specialized knowledge in your discipline and apply it to client projects.
• Collaborate in small teams with Sr. Advisors and client leaders to design strategies.
• Serve as a trusted advisor guiding clients through organizational change.
• Lead and support client engagements from planning to execution.
• Analyze operations on site and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop solutions and best practices to enhance performance.
• Create high‑impact deliverables: plans, cost‑benefit analyses, reports.
• Support business development with proposals, pricing, and research.
