Job summary

Leidos in Reston, Virginia is seeking a Sr. Manual Test Engineer to join the Intel Sector's CABA program. This role involves component, integration, and system testing, writing test procedures, and evaluating changes during development and operation in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.

The team maintains a complex testing framework in a lab setting; you will work with Software, Systems, and Deployment teams, manage test data and reports, and ensure traceability to customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience participating in formal test events (Acceptance Test, User Acceptance Test, Final Release Test, etc.).
• Ability to develop and execute formal system tests to verify customer requirements.
• Experience documenting test results and reporting outcomes clearly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate testing priorities with engineers and stakeholders.
• Develop and execute system, integration, and component test procedures.
• Create test reports and verify defect corrections.
• Utilize lab environments and physical equipment for testing.
• Plan and oversee regression testing across builds/images.
• Collaborate with software, systems, deployment, and sustainment teams.
