Job summary

Leidos has a new opportunity for a Sr. Manual Test Engineer in our Intel Sector's Cyber & Analytics Business Area (CABA). You will perform manual testing across component, integration, and system levels, write test procedures, evaluate changes, and verify defect corrections on a fast-paced program.

Lab testing, cross-team collaboration, and test planning are core. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have participated in formal test events (Acceptance/User/Final Release).
• Experience writing and executing system-level test procedures and reports.
• Strong documentation of test results and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate testing priorities with engineers and customer stakeholders.
• Work with test teams to prepare environments and execute tests.
• Identify cross-team dependencies for release testing.
• Perform manual component, integration, system, and end-to-end tests.
• Develop and execute system-level and integration test procedures and reports.
• Evaluate software changes and verify corrective actions.
• Utilize lab equipment in a test environment.
• Develop test data, acceptance criteria, and methodologies.
• Plan and oversee regression testing across builds/images.
• Engage customers for formal test milestones and witnessing tests.
• Understand interfaces to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Contribute to test plans and procedural documentation.
• Support CM processes for test artifacts and environments.
• Collaborate with Development, Systems, Deployment, and Sustainment teams.
