Job summary

Leidos seeks a Sr. Manual Test Engineer for an important, fast-paced program in the Intel Sector (CABA).

You will conduct manual testing at component, integration, and system levels, write test procedures, evaluate software changes, and verify defect corrections in a lab environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, plan and execute test events, and support formal test milestones, while leveraging leadership and communication skills to deliver high-quality results for national

Qualifications

• BS degree and 18–20 years of relevant experience or higher degrees with corresponding experience.
• Experience in formal test events and developing/executing formal system tests to verify requirements.
• Experience with physical equipment in a test lab; collecting, analyzing, and presenting results.
• Experience documenting test results for corrective actions, reporting, and audits.
• Clearance TS/SCI with Polygraph is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate testing priorities with engineers and customer stakeholders.
• Work with system-level teams to prepare environments and execute tests.
• Identify cross-team dependencies for release testing events.
• Perform manual component, integration, system, and end-to-end testing.
• Develop and execute system-level/test reports and acceptance criteria.
• Evaluate software changes and verify corrective actions.
• Develop test data and define test acceptance criteria.
• Plan regression testing across builds/images.
• Engage with customers for formal milestones and tests.
• Understand interfaces and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
