Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with DeVlieg, Cincinnati, Kearney & Trecker and Bridgeport.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and long hours.
• Setting up fixtures, tooling, vises, and clamps.
• Operates machines with high tolerance components.
• Follows safety rules and practices; attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate mills and lathes - DeVlieg, Cincinnati, Kearney & Trecker and Bridgeport.
• Load/unload material, indicate vises/fixtures, and deburr.
• Inspect and verify conformance to specifications.
• Manual grinder operation.
