Job summary

Qualifications

8+ years of experience on Manhattan WMOS platform versions preferably 2018 or higher.
Experience in PLSQL, Unix scripting, Cognos reporting, LMS configurations, WCS.
Knowledge of end-to-end warehouse operations and WMOS systems.
Experience collaborating with Infosys/customer teams to drive technical decisions.
Excellent communication skills.
Production support experience, able to lead outages and drive end-to-end solutions.
Experience in onsite/offshore delivery models.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with multiple teams from Infosys/customer to arrive at technical and tactical decisions.
Lead production support activities and drive permanent resolution of issues.
Drive process improvements and automations to optimize warehouse operations.
Engage in end-to-end problem solving and coordinate with onsite/offshore teams.
