Job summary

Ascii Group, LLC seeks a Manhattan WMOS Technical Consultant to support and optimize WMOS platforms in Burlington, NJ. The role requires 8+ years of WMOS experience, with strong PLSQL, Unix scripting, Cognos reporting, LMS configurations, and WCS skills.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience on Manhattan WMOS platform versions preferably 2018 or higher.
• Experience in PLSQL, Unix scripting, Cognos reporting, LMS configurations, WCS.
• Knowledge of end-to-end warehouse operations and WMOS systems.
• Experience collaborating with Infosys/customer teams to drive technical decisions.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Production support experience, able to lead outages and drive end-to-end solutions.
• Experience in onsite/offshore delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Drive process improvements and automations to optimize warehouse operations.

Title : Manhattan WMOS Technical Consultant

Relevant Experience (in Yrs.): 8+ years

Detailed Job Description:

• Should have around 8-10 years of Experience on Manhattan WMOS platform versions preferably on version 2018 OR higher.
• Should have technical experience in PLSQL, Unix Scripting and preferable experience in SCI Cognos Reporting, LMS Configurations, WCS.
• Must have knowledge and expertise on end-to-end warehouse operations and warehouse management system.
• Need to collaborate with multiple teams from Infosys/customer to arrive at technical and tactical decisions.
• Should have Excellent communication skills
• Should have reasonably good production support experience and should have led critical outage and service degradation calls and should have driven end-to-end solutions
• Should have experience working in Onsite / Offshore model
• Should lead and drive permanent resolution of all production support issues
• Should have experience in suggesting and implementing process improvements, automations to optimize warehouse operations
• Should have good interpersonal skills.
