Job summary

Syren Cloud Inc. is seeking a Sr. Manhattan WMOS Consultant for a remote role spanning US/Mexico.

The client is a Philadelphia-based retail giant seeking strong WMOS configuration, RCA, and end-to-end implementation leadership. You will own inbound/outbound, inventory, wave management, and YMS/LMS integration tasks. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in WMOS, deep hands-on experience with MIF, MHE integrations, and Oracle SQL/PLSQL, with a track record of SIT/UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Manhattan WMOS.
• Hands-on WMOS configuration and warehouse process setup across inbound, outbound, inventory, replenishment, allocation, wave management, shipping functions, YMS and LMS.
• End-to-end Manhattan WMOS implementation experience with at least one full cycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end WMOS projects from requirements to go-live and hypercare.
• Conduct detailed RCA for production issues and implement preventive actions.
• Coordinate system integrations via MIF and MHE interfaces; support MMC and SCI development.
• Perform SQL/PLSQL data analysis, tuning, and stored procedure development.

We are looking for Sr. Manhattan WMOS Consultant, Remote. (US/Mexico)

Client : A Philadelphia based retail giant.

• Must have minimum 7 years of experience in Manhattan WMOS.
• Strong hands‑on experience in Manhattan WMOS configuration and warehouse business process setup across inbound, outbound, inventory, replenishment, allocation, wave management, shipping functions, YMS and LMS.
• End‑to‑end Manhattan WMOS implementation experience with at least one full‑cycle implementation, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, SIT/UAT support, deployment, cutover, go‑live, and hypercare support.
• Expertise in conducting detailed Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for production issues, identifying underlying causes, implementing corrective actions, and driving long‑term preventive solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting and configuration experience with system integrations, including:
• MIF (Manhattan Integration Framework)
• MHE (Material Handling Equipment) integrations
• Advanced knowledge of Oracle SQL/PLSQL, including data analysis, query optimization, stored procedure development and performance tuning.
• Experience in SDN deployment activities, MMC handling and SCI development.
