The ideal candidate holds a J.D., with 8+ years of legal experience (in-house preferred) and a background in payments. You will draft and negotiate agreements, review marketing materials, resolve disputes, and drive process

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Managing Counsel - Corporate Payments to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will lead legal support for a corporate payments business, partnering closely with product, commercial, marketing, and business teams to enable growth while managing legal risk. The successful candidate will oversee a legal team and provide practical guidance across the product lifecycle, from contract development through dispute resolution. This position calls for a seasoned legal leader who can balance sound judgment, commercial solutions, and process improvement in a fast-moving payments environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $170,000 – $213,200 annually
