Your Role and Responsibilities

As a senior managing SAP consultant, you will serve as a client-facing practitioner responsible for selling, leading, and implementing SAP solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor, collaborating to deliver innovative solutions for complex business challenges, utilizing your deep understanding of SAP Accelerate delivery methodology or equivalent.

You will work on projects that integrate strategy, process, technology, and information to improve effectiveness, reduce costs, and increase shareholder value. You will also participate in business development and proposal activities, with opportunities to acquire new skills and develop industry expertise.

Your Primary Responsibilities

• Leading the technical design, development, and implementation of SAP solutions that are simple, scalable, and maintainable to meet client needs.
• Managing and leading high-performing SAP consulting teams to deliver quality work on time and within budget.
• Engaging in strategy development and solution implementation, leveraging your SAP functional expertise and working with the latest technologies and industry best practices.

This role can be performed from anywhere in the US.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Hands-on SAP configuration expertise, with a minimum of 4 end-to-end implementations in SAP Ariba as a Consultant or Solution Architect.
• Multiple SAP certifications and deep expertise across various SAP modules, especially in Supply Chain processes and workflows.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and its application in client environments.
• Project management skills, including planning, resource management, and delivering projects on time and within scope.
• Knowledge of AI applications in SAP and cybersecurity/data privacy principles.

Preferred Professional and Technical Skills

• Familiarity with Cloud Platforms such as IBM Cloud, AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
